2023 Estate Enchante
This wine captures the magic of La Caille. Light pale straw with aromas of white flesh fruits, melon, and honeysuckle accompanied by subtle floral notes. A bright palate of tangy citrus–tangerine and Meyer lemon zest is followed by wet stone and dried fig, leading to a lingering mineral-laced bracing finish. It’s liquid sunshine in a glass!
